• We retain your information for as long as you remain an active or returning guest so that we can manage your account, vetting status and event participation. If you no longer wish for us to hold your details, you can contact us at any time to request deletion.

Our website provider, Wix, may store and process personal information on servers located outside of Australia, including in the United States, the European Union and other jurisdictions. By providing your information, you consent to this overseas storage.
